Cinnamon Breakfast Bake

Cinnamon Breakfast Bake is possibly one of the easiest and best morning treats I have ever made.

When I have over night visitors, it is the  perfect morning treat. It is my easy cinnamon breakfast bake. Simple to make and a delicious treat leaving your guests wanting more.  Sure to become a family keeper. It can easily serve 12 and is ready in 25 minutes.

2 cans Cinnamon Rolls (reserve icing)

4 eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream or milk

2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

1/4 cup maple syrup

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray bottom of 13×9 pan with Pam non-stick spray.  Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread over bottom of pan.  Beat eggs, add milk, cinnamon and vanilla.  Pour mixture over dough. Sprinkle nuts over top and  Bake 25-30 minutes until top is golden brown. Remove from oven.  Warm reserved icing in microwave for a few seconds to just loosen consistency.  Drizzle over top of cinnamon bake.  Serve with maple syrup.

Notes: Serve with mixed fresh fruit bowl and a platter of bacon and your guests will be well satisfied.
