Superbowl Teriyaki Chicken Drumettes

Finger foods are always a big hit when there is a party in the air or a bowl game on tv.  Game day, or just a friendly get together these are sure to be a home run with your guests.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

3 lbs. Chicken wing drumettes

1 bottle Prepared Teriyaki Sauce

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation:

Mix Teriyaki Sauce with the brown sugar, garlic and pepper.  Place chicken in shallow pan.  cover with sauce. Marinate overnight.  Be sure to coat all sides by turning occasionally. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.  Arrange chicken drumettes on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.  Bake 40 minutes, basting often with remaining sauce.

Note:  I like to use a shallow baking pan and line the pan with foil under the racks for easy clean up.
