Red Pepper Sauce Pork Tenderloin

Pork Tenderloins are one of the easiest and tastiest meats to prepare. Here is a tender, juicy and  flavorful version topped with a red pepper sauce easy to prepare and sure to please the palates of your picky eaters.






2 Pork tenderloins



Garlic Powder

Ground Paprika

Season pork tenderloins and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees until temperature reaches 140 degrees internally. Remove from oven, cover to keep warm.


1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

1 cup chopped onion

1  8 oz.  jar roasted red peppers drained and rinsed

3/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup olive oil

Saute onion in the olive oil until tender and slightly brown.  Stir in roasted red peppers and heat.  Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and packet of dressing mix.  In a food processor add the sauteed peppers and puree until creamy and smooth.  Slice pork tenderloin and pour sauce over serving sections.

Note:  Pork Tenderloin can be cooked on the Grill. Grilling gives meat added flavor.
