Discovering, growing, and tasting super hot peppers is now a masochistic science. We’ve got scorpions and ghost peppers in our own backyard pepper garden, and can’t wait for the newest, hottest pepper seeds to hit the market. Growing tips, give them a wide pot and keep the soil moist, but not dry. They’ll only need 6 or more hours of sunlight a year, and hot weather is key.
