Peachy Pork Chops

This is a yummy way to serve pork chops.  You’ll love the sweet savory peach sauce and ease of creating another family favorite that is ready is 25 minutes.








4 one inch thick pork chops (bone in or boneless)

1/4 teaspoon  salt  and pepper

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 16 ounce can sliced peaches (do not drain)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon dried basil


Season pork chops with salt, onion powder and pepper.  Melt butter in a medium skillet.  Add pork chops and cook for 7  minutes per side until browned.  Add peaches and remaining ingredients.  Cook over low heat 10-15 minutes until pork chops are tender.  Arrange pork chops on a platter and top with sauce.
