Pumpkin Almond Butter

almondbutterI hope you’re not tired of pumpkin yet, because Pumpkin Almond Butter is actually a thing… and it’s delicious.

Here’s what you’ll need:

-2 cups unsalted, roasted almonds
-⅔ cup canned pumpkin
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
-2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup
-¼ teaspoon sea salt

Ground the almonds in a food processor (you could also use a blender) and process until they turn into a creamy almond butter. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides every few minutes to make sure all the almonds are blended.

Next, add the rest of your ingredients into the food processor/blender and process for a few minutes. You can adjust the amount of sea salt and maple syrup you add, depending on how sweet or salty you want it to be.

And you’re done!
