diy fabric headboardThere are a lot of cool DIY headboard tutorials out there–but this one might just be the easiest. If you’re not confident about your with craft skills, then this DIY fabric headboard is for you.

Here’s what you’ll need:

-fabric of choice
-thick piece of cardboard that’s roughly the same size you want your headboard to be
-box cutter
-tape
Blu-Tack Reusable Adhesive

Measure the width of your bed and cut your cardboard so that it has the same width. Then, pick out the shape/design you want for your headboard and draw an outline of this design on the cardboard. Take your box cutter and follow the design outline you just drew to cut the design out.

Iron your fabric to remove any wrinkles, then tape it to the cardboard cutout by placing loops of tape all over the front and smoothing your fabric over it. Be sure to tape the excess fabric to the back of the cardboard as well.

To stick your gorgeous new headboard to the wall, just use some Blu-Tack Reusable Adhesive.

And you’re done!
