Homemade Salad Dressings in a Mason Jar

But once you mix in a delicious dressing, it suddenly becomes the most delicious thing ever–especially if that dressing is your own homemade salad dressing, because you control the ingredients and calories that go into them.

To help you take your salads to the next level, here are some homemade salad dressing recipes from YouTube’s The Domestic Geek that are super delicious and easy to make. All you need is a mason jar, a few ingredients, and the ability to shake a jar.

Sounds easy enough, right?

Here’s what you’ll need:

Blackberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

-½ cup extra virgin olive oil
-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 tablespoon blueberry jam or jelly
-1 teasponn Dijon mustard
-salt and pepper

Citrus Avocado Dressing

-1 avocado, peeled
-1/2 cup orange juice
-1 tablespoon greek yogurt
-1 teaspoon ginger, grated
-1 garlic clove, pureed
-salt and pepper

Creamy Greek Dressing

-¼ cup greek yogurt
-¼ cup olive oil
-2 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 tablespoon crumbled feta
-1 garlic clove, pureed
-¼ teaspoon dried oregano
-salt and pepper

Spicy Honey Mustard

-½ cup extra virgin olive oil
-3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
-1 tablespoon honey
-1 tablespoon mustard
-1 garlic clove, pureed
-pinch of cayenne
-salt and pepper
