Cowgirl Creamery’s head cheesemaker Maureen Cunnie demonstrates how to make the perfect grilled cheese. Cunnie emphasizes the importance of high quality ingredients, so she uses Acme sourdough bread and a blend of cheeses that includes “Barely Buzzed” cheddar rubbed with espresso and lavender.

O.K., O.K., you may not have that in your kitchen or even access to it, but we think what she is saying is that try to upgrade past the soft white or wheat bread you use for PB&J’s and your go-to plastic wrapped yellow “cheese.”
